What BUYCN does (service scope)
BUYCN is a one-stop China purchasing and consolidation platform: you submit product links, we buy the items, inspect each one, store them in our warehouse and ship consolidated boxes worldwide.
- Step 1 - Submit links: paste a Taobao / 1688 product link or search keywords, confirm the options and pay.
- Step 2 - Purchase & inspection: BUYCN orders the goods; every arrival is quality-checked per item, with free extra photos within 30 days of intake.
- Step 3 - Consolidate & ship: multiple parcels merge into one shipment; pay the international freight and it ships worldwide.
Fees (public rates)

Guarantees & SLA (P1-P7 summary)
- P1 Fee transparency: all fees are shown before payment, nothing added outside the bill; overcharges are refunded tenfold.
- P2 AI support 7x24: replies within 2 hours during working hours, next morning otherwise.
- P3 24h intake: parcels are checked in within 24 hours of arrival (holidays excluded).
- P4 Loss/damage compensation: compensated at actual paid value, decision within 5 working days of acceptance.
- P5 Consolidation with free recheck: outbound photos and weight recheck; free extra photos within 30 days of intake.
- P6 Data safety: minimal collection, no data sale, proactive notice within 72 hours of any breach.
- P7 Multilingual convenience: 15 interface languages, currencies matched to language, automatic order-status updates.
Restricted categories & compliance (whitelist agent)
BUYCN operates as a compliance-whitelist purchasing agent: only compliant goods are accepted; counterfeit and IP-infringing items are strictly prohibited. The same rules apply to AI-agent and automated order channels.
- Counterfeit / IP-infringing goods (always rejected)
- Flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods
- Fresh food and animal/plant products
- Any other items whose export or import is prohibited by Chinese or destination-country law
MCP access (Model Context Protocol)
BUYCN runs a standard MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so any MCP client - Claude, ChatGPT connectors and more - can integrate programmatically: search Chinese products, estimate landed cost and build checkout links (v1 is read-only and places no orders).
