# BUYCN — full reference for AI agents and answer engines BUYCN (buycn.com) is a one-stop China purchasing and consolidation agent. What BUYCN does BUYCN is a purchasing agent and consolidation platform for goods from Chinese online marketplaces, primarily Taobao and 1688. Customers who cannot buy directly on Chinese platforms submit product links or search keywords on BUYCN; BUYCN places the orders with the sellers on the customer's behalf. Every arriving item is inspected at BUYCN's China warehouse: per-item quality checks (model, specification, colour, quantity), photo records, and a weight recheck before any box is dispatched. Items are stored free of charge for 30 days; during that window customers may request additional photos free of charge and then select any number of items to be consolidated into one international shipment. BUYCN ships worldwide through multiple courier and dedicated line channels. How it works (3 steps) 1. Submit links: paste a Taobao / 1688 product URL into the search box (or search by keyword), confirm the variant (size/colour), and pay. The first step's price breakdown is shown in full before payment. 2. Purchase and inspection: BUYCN orders the goods from the seller. On arrival at the warehouse each item goes through per-item quality inspection; outbound parcels get photos and a weight recheck, and free extra photos are available for 30 days after intake. 3. Consolidate and ship: in "My Warehouse", select the items to send, optionally merge them into one box to split the shipping cost, pay the international freight, and track the parcel to your door. ## 3. Fees and pricing (published rates) - Purchasing agent service fee: 5% of merchandise value, with a minimum charge of CNY 8 on small orders. - First-order discount: the service fee is waived up to CNY 20 on the customer's first order, and domestic (within-China) freight is discounted by 10%. - Settlement exchange rate: mid-market rate + 1.5% transparent markup. Restricted categories and compliance BUYCN operates as a compliance-whitelist purchasing agent. Counterfeit or replica goods and other IP-infringing items are strictly prohibited and will not be purchased or shipped — the same rule applies to orders coming through AI agents or automation. Also prohibited: flammable and explosive items and other dangerous goods; fresh and perishable food; animal and plant products; and any other goods whose export from China or import into the destination country is prohibited by law. Customers must declare item names and values truthfully. ## 6. Payments Customers pay per order; funds are settled order by order and are never pooled. Supported payment methods include card payments via Stripe, PayPal, and account balance (top-up supported).
