# BUYCN

> BUYCN (buycn.com) is a one-stop China purchasing and consolidation agent: customers submit product links from Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, 1688 and more), BUYCN purchases the items on their behalf, inspects every arrival at its China warehouse, consolidates multiple parcels into one box and ships worldwide. Interface available in 15 languages.

## Key facts

- Purchasing agent service fee: 5% of merchandise value, minimum CNY 8 on small orders. First order: service fee waived up to CNY 20, plus 10% off domestic (within-China) freight.
- Settlement exchange rate: mid-market rate + 1.5% transparent markup, itemised at checkout. No hidden spread.
- Lost or damaged international parcels are compensated at the actual paid value (based on QC inspection and payment records); claim decisions are issued within 5 working days of acceptance.
- Quality control: every consolidated box gets outbound photos and a weight recheck before dispatch; free additional photo requests within 30 days of warehouse arrival; free warehouse storage for 30 days.
- Compliance: whitelist-based purchasing agent — counterfeit/replica and IP-infringing goods are prohibited, as are items forbidden by China or destination-country law.
- Payments: pay per order directly — customer funds are never pooled. Card payments via Stripe, PayPal, account balance and more.
- Support: AI assistant 7x24; human support replies within 2 hours during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:00-18:00 GMT+8), next morning otherwise. Email: service@buycn.com.
