Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes. Note the blind-shipping requirement on your order: neutral packaging, no invoice, no promo cards, no price list — no BuyCN traces inside the parcel. It is honoured per order through our manual outbound process (a human-operations guarantee, not an automated-system promise).
Can I use your QC photos for my store?
Yes. Per-item QC photos taken on warehouse arrival are provided free and can be used directly as your store's product media; outbound boxes also get photos and a weight recheck (public promise P5).
How are storage and consolidation charged?
Parcels are stored free for 90 days after arrival (the first 90 days are the grace period); consolidation is free with outbound photos and a weight recheck. Extended-storage rates follow the current Service Transparency Report.
What does dropshipping with BuyCN cost?
Merchandise price + domestic freight (10% off on the first order) + international freight; the purchasing-agent service fee is 0% commission, settlement FX is the mid-market rate with zero markup, and nothing is added outside the bill.
