- Stage 1 · Purchasing (within China): product price + domestic freight (charged at the seller's actual cost, no markup; most listings ship free; typically ¥0-12 otherwise) + service fee (Currently waived); standard QC and basic packing are included free (free base).
- Stage 2 · Consolidation (international): international freight by chargeable weight (greater of actual vs volumetric, per packed measurement) + customs duties (estimate, subject to customs) + optional services (outbound photo free (required record), reinforced packing ¥5/order and shipping insurance 2% of value, optional).
QC process
Per-item inspection with multi-angle photos
Every parcel is inspected and photographed on arrival; checklists and photo counts are described in the Help Center. Problem items are photographed and you are notified before they enter storage.

How long is storage free?
Parcels are stored free for the initial grace period and may remain within the total storage window; extended-storage rates follow the current Transparency Report.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
International loss or damage is compensated at the actual paid value; claim decisions are issued within 5 business days of acceptance.
Can I request extra photos for free?
Extra photo requests are free within 30 days of arrival; outbound consolidation photos and weight rechecks are always free.
Are there any other fees?
Service fee and international freight are as shown here and on the estimate page — nothing beyond the bill; taxes are always "Estimate · subject to customs".
