Come importare il foglio del tuo agente su BuyCN: guida all\u2019importazione in blocco per tabelle CNFans e Kakobuy (2026)
This guide is currently published in full in Chinese and English - the English version is shown below.
Why import your agent spreadsheet to BuyCN
Community spreadsheets - curated lists of Taobao, 1688 and Weidian product links - are how many buyers track what they want from China. If the agent those links were built for is no longer accepting orders, the list itself is still gold: every link points to a product you can buy through any agent. BuyCN\u2019s import tool parses those rows directly into your cart, so a migration takes minutes, not evenings of copy-paste.
What you need
One of the following: the spreadsheet pasted as text or CSV (rows with product links work best), or a public Google Sheets link set to anyone-with-the-link-can-view. Optional: a default budget per row, used when a row carries no price. An account on BuyCN (registration takes a minute and the import tool lives in your dashboard).
Step 1 — Open the import tool
Log in and open Dashboard > Cart, then click the import link next to the page title - or go straight to /dashboard/import. The page stays behind the login wall because everything it produces lands in your own cart.
Step 2 — Paste rows or link a public sheet
Paste your rows into the text box, or drop the Google Sheets URL into its field and run the parser. Rows are read line by line; up to 200 rows per import, so split very large lists into a few passes. Rows without any link are skipped and counted, so you always see what was left out.
Step 3 — Review the parsed rows
Each row lands in one of two buckets. Standard links - Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688 URLs - are parsed into platform and item ID and matched against site items, with a link to the on-site product page. Everything else - wrapped agent links or unknown domains - imports as a buy-for-me row with the original link kept intact: we purchase exactly what the link points to. Edit any price before adding; rows without a price use your default budget.
Step 4 — Add to cart and check out
Tick the rows you want and add them to your cart in one go. From there it is the standard flow: we purchase on your behalf in CNY, arriving parcels get free QC photos at the China warehouse, and you consolidate everything into one box before the international leg.
Storage terms (rendered live from site settings, not hardcoded): imported rows that are not purchased right away sit in your cart, not in our warehouse - storage clocks only start when items physically arrive. Parcels stay free for the first 90 days after arrival, with 90 days of total storage before over-age fees, so you can import a large list and buy it down over several weeks.
Compliance and authenticity - read before you import
Community spreadsheets are maintained by third parties: BuyCN does not verify or endorse the products listed in them. Each row is purchased as a buy-for-me item exactly as linked, and standard screening still applies - restricted categories are refused and brand-name goods listed at prices inconsistent with authenticity may be declined at QC. Customs treatment of each parcel is decided by your customs at import - clearance actuals prevail, always. We buy and declare honestly; what you choose to import is your call as the importer of record.
Common pitfalls
Rows whose links point at another agent\u2019s order page import as raw-link rows - we cannot unwrap another agent\u2019s item ID, so open the link and paste the underlying marketplace URL if you want an on-site match. Sheets set to restricted sharing cannot be read; switch to anyone-with-the-link before parsing. Very large lists: split into passes of 200 rows. And if a price in the sheet is wholesale for a minimum order quantity, keep MOQ in mind when you set your per-row budget.
FAQ
FAQ
- My spreadsheet was made for another agent - will the links still work?
- Direct marketplace links (Taobao, Tmall, Weidian, 1688) parse into matched site items. Links that point at another agent’s own order page import as buy-for-me rows with the original link kept intact - we purchase exactly what the link points to, but cannot unwrap another agent’s internal item ID.
- Does my Google Sheets need to be public?
- Yes - set sharing to anyone-with-the-link-can-view so the parser can read an export. Or skip sharing entirely and paste the rows as text; both paths parse identically.
- How many rows can I import at once?
- Up to 200 rows per import pass. Larger lists can be split into several passes; your cart holds them all.
- What if a row has no price?
- Set a default budget before parsing and it applies to any row without its own price. Prices are estimates for purchase approval - final freight comes from the live estimator and purchased amounts are confirmed at review.
