How does consolidated (freight-forwarding) shipping work?
You buy from any sellers in China, everything arrives at our warehouse, each item is inspected and photographed, then your items are packed into one box and shipped internationally — you pay a single international shipping fee for the consolidated parcel.
How much does international shipping cost?
Every destination and weight combination quotes live. Open the shipping estimator, enter your country and estimated weight, and each available channel shows its exact price before you commit. Fee composition is public on the transparency page.
How long does shipping take?
Each channel displays its own estimated transit window together with its quote, so you can trade off speed and price per parcel. Estimates are shown before you pay, and the actual carrier handles delivery in destination.
Can I combine orders from different sellers into one parcel?
Yes — consolidation is the default. Items from different purchases sit in your warehouse until you select them and create one shipment, which saves significantly versus shipping each purchase separately.
How long can my items stay in the warehouse?
Free storage runs 90 days per item from arrival, so you can shop over time and ship once. Extensions and the storage fee schedule are shown on the transparency page.
Do you check the items before shipping?
Yes. Every inbound item gets a 1:1 quality check with photos — inbound, QC and packing photos are visible in your warehouse page at any time. Problem items are held and resolved with you first, never shipped silently.
What items cannot be shipped?
Restricted and prohibited categories (including counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods) are refused at purchase or at inbound. The platform only accepts items permitted for personal-purchase cross-border shipping.
Who handles customs and duties?
Customs clearance and any duties or taxes are determined by your destination country's customs authority. BuyCN does not prepay duties; final charges are set by customs and the delivering carrier — actuals prevail.
What payment methods can I use?
Top up your balance with a card (Visa/Mastercard) via Stripe or with PayPal, then pay for orders and shipping from your balance. All payment pages are served over HTTPS by the payment providers.
What if an item is wrong or damaged?
The 1:1 inbound check and QC photos catch issues before anything ships. If something is wrong, the abnormal-item claim flow (open within 48 hours of signing) handles compensation per the channel's insurance rules — see the refund policy for details.
